We are Gabriella & Raymond Moliné, living on the island of Maui in Hawaii. We have experienced the transformational results of Energetic Optimization in our home and work space, and we are excited to share this extraordinary modality with the world.

For the first time we felt free. Truly unlimited. Powerful. And courageous. We released the fear and embraced living in possibility. Hand in hand we jumped to spread our wings and fly. Then it began: Our home sold within 2 days for full price - after being on the market for 6 years. We purchased the property we had always envisioned: a tropical paradise with 23 palm trees and an unobstructed killer view of the Pacific Ocean. Our businesses sored within one month. Opportunities we had only dreamed of came to fruition. Ideal coaching clients showed up, ready to be transformed. Our creativity went through the roof. We found a cool new network of collaborators. We made better choices for our health, and we became more active. Both of us were more inspired to move forward with more passion. Our love-relationship deepened into a state of oneness that we never experienced before. There was balance and harmony in everything we touched. Even our scared feral kitty-cat chilled out.

We love what we do. Our approach is as unique as we are. We are part mad scientists – part spiritual guides. We honor the importance of indigenous cultures, while incorporating the latest findings of Quantum Physics, Bio-Energetics and Metaphysics, which support the validity of this ancient wisdom. Off we went to Germany, where we experienced energetic optimization first hand. We received extensive training from the best-of-the-best and returned home with a depth of understanding that we never imagined before. We began to explore the possibilities of these new findings and its various applications. It blew our minds.

We work In-person or remotely. We can travel to you to facilitate the optimization on location or perform the entire process remotely via Skype or Facetime. It is your choice. The result is the same. Co-Founder of New Paradigm Executives and Owner of Pono Retreats, both Professional & Personal Development Companies on Maui. For the past 24 years she has been coaching international clients, ranging from Executives, Diplomats and Entrepreneurs as well as Celebrities & High Profile clients.
She holds the designations of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and as an Ontological Certified Coach (ACCC). Gabriella has an extensive background in Quantum Physics, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Lateral Thinking Techniques, Emotional Anatomy, Accelerated Learning Techniques, Human Software Engineering and holds a Masters Degree in Design & Communication.
Gabriella has published three books in Europe.
Raymond Moliné
Co-Founder of New Paradigm BluePrint, New Paradigm Executives and Executive Director at Pono Retreats, Maui. Raymond Moliné is a researcher in the Field of Consciousness, Quantum Physics and Epi-Genetics, and has been enhancing his knowledge for the past decade. His expertise in the areas of Bio-Energetics/Energy Medicine, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and with Youth-at-Risk has produced astounding results. As a Human Software Engineer (HSE) he utilizes Pure Awareness Techniques to assist his clients to access their full potential.
Raymond’s diverse background in Chi Gong, TaiChi and Meditation practices brings a unique skill-set to the coaching experience. His masterful ability to engage with all his subtle senses allows him to perceive the entirety of a space, event or person to facilitate transformation.
