Here is where the problems began.

We also offer an extensive upgrade for yourself, including spiritual guidance on important related issues pertaining to your life and the property.
Remotely
After an initial consultation, assessment and evaluation of your intentions over the phone, FaceTime, or Skype, Raymond and Gabriella Moliné optimize your property from their home location. You provide a blueprint of each floor and a plan of the property and its surroundings. We ask for photos of the house and each room as well as the outdoors. - You email us and request a quote for your property, project or business. Please include the square footage of the house/land or business structure to be optimized. Supply any details that you find important to mention. We will reply with a quote within 48 hours.
- After you decide to contract us for the energetic optimization of your property, we agree on a date and time to meet with you either in person, or by phone, Skype or Facetime. If it is not possible to visit your location, we will request photos, blueprints, maps, and/or drawings of the land and house.
- Prior to the optimization we will discuss the details about your house and property. At this time, you can provide us with the history of your property, any experiences that provide us with deeper insights about your specific needs, as well as any intuitive observations you have about the present energy. Feel free to prepare and send us a list of your findings, or request information that you would like to glean from this experience. This part runs approximately 30 minutes.
- We will then take a walk through the house and land either in-person or virtually with you on Facetime or Skype, noting any significant energetic observations.
- We list your intentions and then begin the clearing and alignment process by focusing on you first. This procedure takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
- We then begin the process of the NP BluePrint energetic optimization at which time your presence is not required. This allows us to work within the sacred space of our extensive protocol for approximately 2-3 hours. We note any intuitive insights and guidance we receive during this process. We can share the detailed information we receive with you after the optimization.
- After this phase is complete we will meet with you to discuss our findings and to walk the property with you again to discern what has been transformed. This takes another 30-45 minutes depending on the data received.
- We will then schedule a follow up call 1-2 weeks later to hear about the shifts and changes you can report (approximately 30 minutes).
